I beg to differ.
This is a simple basic effective panel.
I suspect that the problem lies in the wiring, not the panel (pc board) itself, but with a little documentation, I can resolve a PC board problem also.
Also, the system requires no master codes to reprogram or forget, no firmware to upgrade, no software to get corrupted, no complicated procedures to for enabling the system.
In a lightning prone area where I am, (Florida)
a basic solid state panel is in my opinion a better option.
