when you get out of programming you have to assign each button to a user number by entering your master code+8+user#+pound 4+zone number of the button. example if away is zone10....you dont have to do that for the panic or fire or medical if you are using that...that should work if not read the section in the vista 15 user manual under security codes rf users..
