The armed led will come on to show that the system is armed, if the system led is also on, this indicates that the system is bypassing a zone/zones, ie, might be isolating motion sensors and arming the doors and windows etc. if you exit through a door or motion sensor that has a entry delay on it when you arm your system, the system will then see that you are leaving and will arm everthing "away arming". if you do not leave through a protected door or motion that has a delay tag to it, the system will then think that you are staying home and only partialy arm the system "stay arming".
: Recently moved into a home that already had an alarm system. When armed both the "Armed" and "System" lights are on, is this normal? Read the manual and did the trouble test (*2) and only the "System" light flashes. Thank you.
