Sounds like an Ademco Wave2 siren.Look on

: Thanks. I've looked and all I've found is the horn style like you'd put in a car. The one that comes with ADT systems looks like a small box, that mounts to the wall. The piezo faces the wall reflecting the sounds waves off the wall.
