I apologige for posting this again but the last post was replied with a question completely off topic.
I have a Caddx NX-8 with the Home Automation NX-584 module. If I connect the RS-232 port on this module to a serial port on my computer, can I use the Caddx programming software DL900 to program my system. If anyone has done this could you please let me know exactly what you did. I have tried a straight through and a null cable and I still get the "unable to communicate" message.
