Wired Smokes vs. Wireless

Just installed an Apex Destiny 6100AN alarm system, made by ademco. I want to add fire detection but I'm unsure on what types of smoke sensors to install, hardwired or wireless. Any suggestions? The Destiny 6100AN works with Ademco 5800 sensors.
