I am not familiar with the 1625 but usually a polling loop device hooks up just to the polling loop and thats it. Some may require additional power but what else did you say you are trying to hook up to it.
Programming is through the #93 menu, then zone programming and then the zone number 10-75 or whatever. I dont think it works on zones 1-9
Just put in the zone type, report code, bell etc. and then the serial number.....hope that helps...
