Ah, it does huh??? Well, I've been meaning to give it a try, but everytime I'm in front of a Concord it's in a home at an install - and I just never think of it.
Strange that it would completely default the panel - what about the Dealer Code? Any idea?
If so, I may be changing products - I'm not so sure I want my competition getting into my panels that easily...
