It's only a suggestion, but how about dividing it into several sections? It would make it easier for people to find what they're looking for, such as monitoring questions, systems to buy, technical issues, programming, etc.
Lastly, how about a review forum? We could post reviews of alarm systems and make it easier for a consumer to find the system they're looking for.
