Yep, definitely some sub-topics (forums.)
Personally, I don't think the skins are all that important - you may want to experiment with colors, but for the most part, they all look good. The designs are already done, so you don't have to worry about that.
Of course, you'll want to put your links in the header at top (manuals, home page, etc.)
You'll want to setup a Dealer area - like you have here. Very easy to do, just go into your Admin, under User Groups, setup a new user group (like "Dealers") and then give them permission to view, post, etc in the dealer forum. Other users will not see that forum or be able to post there.
That should do it for now. Eventually you'll want to setup a few moderators, maybe re-arrange the forums as post start coming in, that kind of thing. But for the most part, there's not much to do.
