Weird problem with DSC PC5010 Security System

I have a DSC PC5010 / POWER832 (LED keypads) security system. I recently had to change the backup battery, which then required that I reset the system clock.

Now, approximately every 24 hours, my keypads emit a tone until I enter my security code (I do not know if the alarm will sound as I always enter my code before it goes off). This happens even when the system is not armed.

Does anybody know what is going on, and how to stop this from happening???
