Installing Brinks Fire Detector with ITI Concord

I have an ITI Concord that I am trying to install a fire/heat detector that was once part of a Brink Alarm System. I was told that this 4 wire fire dector would work with the ITI. The problem I have is that when I try and learn in the fire detector it ends up always in alarm state. The alarm is leaned in at the N/O Normally Open state.

Any help on getting this to work is greatly appreciated.

Also, anyone know where I can get detailed description of the ITI Concord events? I keep getting an Receiver Jam event that happens every 2 hours.
